Testimonials

One of the best educational experiences I’ve ever had.

From my initial conversation with Frances I knew this was the course for me. Her enthusiasm and passion for Training and Development was clearly evident, she was keen to understand why I wanted to undertake the course, where I wanted to go and how they could help me take a step in getting there.

I was unsure initially undertaking the course as I’ve never been someone who excelled academically, I find myself frustrated when I don’t understand how something should be answered or how to get my perspective across in a manner that others understand. The team at Training for Success were nothing short of incredible, every question, query or concern was answered with an encouraging smile (virtually of course), positive language and genuine support. They really couldn’t do enough and I can’t thank them enough for sticking with me. One small step on what is going to be a long journey but I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to gain my certifications with such an incredible organization led by someone who is so incredibly passionate about their field.

If I can continue in my career with the same passion, enthusiasm and genuineness that Frances and her team have shown throughout then I’m confident I’m going to succeed.

I really can’t recommend it enough.

If you’re reading this wondering if you should sign up, stop reading and sign up. You won’t regret it.

The Train the Trainer course delivered by Frances and her team was one of the most effective, rewarding and genuinely worthwhile educational opportunities I have participated in.

The course is designed to allow learners to really excel in their Training and Development careers. The course content is practical, engaging and extremely enjoyable which provides the perfect learning environment.

Frances is the most incredible trainer. She is passionate, down to earth and really has the best interests of learners in mind. The support and guidance given by Frances throughout was first class. Frances went above and beyond for all participants. I give my highest possible recommendation to the Train the Trainer course delivered by Training for Success.

I am writing to you today to thank you formally for all the time and work that you have put into working with our Workforce Learning & Development team who participated in your Online Train The Trainer Course.

The level of commitment and professionalism shown by your organisation, and in particular yourself, has been quite extraordinary. It certainly has gone far above and beyond the scope of what might be expected.

The staff team (numbering over 40) who engaged with you have used adjectives such as, 'amazing', 'professional', 'positive', 'up-lifting', 'supportive', 'understanding' and 'flexible', to describe yourself.

Indeed I must say that from my perspective, I have found you to be very proactive in ensuring that everyone is fully briefing on expectation and processes, and then supported to achieve. I also thank you for your efforts in ensuring that I was kept fully informed of all progress and provided with access to all necessary IT supports via your LMS.

You have been the catalyst for a emergence of what one staff member called 'a fresh energy' within the department and I believe that we have been very fortunate in our working alliance with Training For Success and especially yourself.

Thank you again and I am sure we will communicate much more in the future.

Thank you for the top class training delivered to our ‘would be’ Referee Instructors. The participants were in awe of the level of dedication and commitment provided by you and your team to their learning. Over 20 of our instructors have now completed the QQI, Level 6, ‘Train the Trainers’ course with ‘Training for Success’ and we will be delighted to work with you again, hopefully this year. In addition to the highly relevant content of the course our members reported that they could not have asked for more in terms of individual and group support during the course. Your personal availability to guide, support and demonstrate ‘adult learning models’ as well as facilitating individual learning styles were all cited as being central to their success in their feedback about the training.

Our nearly 1500 referees and referee specialists will benefit greatly from the inputs from those who trained with you, not least from the principle of facilitating adults being directly and fully engaged with their own learning.

On a personal level, Frances, I greatly appreciate the regular updates in relation to the engagement and participation levels of the group and for being personally involved in addressing and immediately resolving any issues.

The Association look forward to having an ongoing training relationship with you and I will be in contact in this regard in the short term.

Best wishes and continued success.

The Lead with Impact workshop was an incredible experience from start to finish—and beyond. From the moment we signed up, Frances's personal approach stood out as second to none. Her eagerness to keep us informed every step of the way—from the agenda to the prep work—made the process seamless and engaging.

What truly set this workshop apart was how Frances tailored the two-day experience to meet our specific business needs. This level of customization made the content immediately relevant and impactful. Since attending, we've seen a noticeable boost in confidence among our senior managers, who are now setting and pursuing new goals inspired by their learnings.

The two days also brought our teams closer together, fostering stronger collaboration and alignment. The follow-up catch-ups and check-ins have only reinforced the value of the workshop and Frances's commitment to our continued growth.

We cannot thank Frances enough and we look forward to our next collaboration.

An excellent experience. Frances and her team were very passionate about delivering their Lead with Impact Workshop.

I was involved in arranging the course for our team, as well as a participant in the course itself. Frances was great to deal with throughout. Even with all her decades of experience, awards won, etc, she was happy (& humble enough) to come to meet with us before the course to listen to any feedback/tweaks/input we'd like on the course content. As a result the course felt tailored to our team and our sector, making it an even better learning experience for our team.

Our team rated the course very highly, and 100% of the team would recommend the course.

We were so happy to work with Frances and her team in the rollout of "Leadwith Impact Masterclass" & " Train the Trainer Course" within our company.

Frances goes the extra mile with each attendee – that is one of the reasons why we are so happy to work with her. On each occasion, her dedication to the cause is special.

For us, it seems our attendees know Frances before the courses begin, with the personalised touch of ensuring her delivery matches the need of our company. Her LMS experience is exactly what all learners should experience when completing courses like these. Her training caters for so many learning styles.

Importantly the content is excellent, also, throughout the courses, from our experience and we note the differences are obvious in our people, after completing the work with Frances, with new fresh ideas, attitudes & methodology around how we work in our company. A massive thank you to all at Training For Success – you really have made such a difference and we look forward to working with you again.

Frances and her team were an integral part of our inaugural, and subsequent, Leadership & Management Development Programmes. This program was aimed at developing our management team for their future roles while equipping them with additional skills and knowledge that were both immediately useful & deployable. In particular, the Lead with Impact' provided both the theoretical knowledge and practical examples to assist those mentoring and training others as part of their job role.

When engaging with an ever changing and evolving workforce this course was of great benefit to my colleagues and I. Having attended other training courses across the world during my military career, including the Academic Instructor Course at the NATO Academic School (Oberammergau) and the Irish Defence Forces' Specialised Instructor Course, I was very impressed with the professionalism and level of instruction Frances and her team provided. I look forward to working with Frances and her team again.

If anybody is thinking of a career in training I would highly recommend the Online QQI Train the Trainer Course offered by Training for Success. From the moment I started the course I knew I had made the right choice. Although I had a background in Training (Military and United Nations) I still learned so much from the excellent content. The online environment is very well structured and the assignments and exercises are a great way to reinforce your learning.

I would like to emphasise that I have very rarely met the customer support that was offered to me by Frances and her team. They were available every step of the way to offer support and guidance. That in itself has been of immense value and an added learning experience; something I am now more conscious of in my own life. I was so impressed with my experience that I recommended the course to my daughter who has recently passed her exams. This will now open up many opportunities for her.

This course offers outstanding value and opportunities and if you decide to do it, you won’t be disappointed. "Good Luck!"

What a wonderful course. It was my first time doing an online course and was unsure about same. Having completed Trainer the Trainer with Frances, I only wish she did more similar type courses. Her training was superb. Her can do attitude is infectious. At times I felt it was like one to one training. Doing the course online was fantastic in its versatility. I was able to do the course at a time that suited me. This saved me from having to take leave, or travelling to do the course, which in itself saved time and money.

Having researched many learning options and alternatives, I decided to go with Training For Success. My first telephone enquiry about the course was with Frances, and that was a deciding factor alone. Frances had such enthusiasm for her course that I immediately knew I was in safe hands. The blended learning of classroom and online learning suited me really well. The encouragement and feedback was terrific as I made my way through each module, and although it was remote learning, it never felt that way. There was constant help and guidance as I prepared for my assessment and assignment.

I have already recommended Training For Success to friends, and would be confident that they will also have the same terrific experience as I did. Frances and her team are the ultimate professionals, and I wish them continued success.

I found Training For Success a really great company to study online with. I have completed various courses online but I found their Train the Trainer course was set out brilliantly. It was really easy to follow when you were studying from home. The tasks & exercises made sure you could apply what you have learned as you go along. Frances and the team gave useful feedback throughout and I really enjoyed the Assessment Day at the end. I can highly recommend them and would happily take another course with them in the future.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the Training for Success team as an effective, supportive company to help further your education. I recently completed the “Train the Trainer” course with Training for Success and I found the entire experience extremely efficient and very impressive. I am a subject matter expert and experienced trainer in Quality, Compliance and Business areas. I chose the “Train the Trainer” course as I wanted to develop my training skills to take a more holistic approach to any training programs I was developing in the future.

I chose Training for Success as their set up suited someone like me who is a busy professional and needed to arrange the training around my work schedule. I appreciated the fact that the course materials were very comprehensive and suitable for all levels of experience from a training novice to a 20+ year veteran like me. The modules are logically sequenced and build one on the other in a well structured framework. The team are available by email or phone call and I found them to be extremely responsive. Everything in the Training for Success set-up is purposely positioned to ensure students succeed. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future training needs I may have.

I found Training for Success very professional and thorough in all my dealings with them. The course content was well laid out and the feedback from the tutors was very good. Although the course was mainly online, Frances went to great lengths to maintain personal contact with me all the way through. Thanks for all the help.

Best of luck with your future courses.

I couldn’t be happier with the result, and it’s due in no small way to the support of you and your team throughout the duration of the course, as well as the excellent content of the course itself. Unlike a lot of distance learning/online courses, I really felt like I was dealing with human beings that were always happy to help. The experience I’ve had with your course has genuinely encouraged me to pursue a career in training. So thank you again.

From the moment I signed up to take the online QQI Train the Trainer course I received prompt answers to my questions, practical help with anything I queried and a very approachable and encouraging team at the end of the phone.

I have always been interested in training but I have a busy 9 – 5 job so the flexibility of an online course made this a great choice. The course material was easy to work with and I was able to study at my own pace. I was given all the information I needed to confidently take the final assignment and skills demonstration and am absolutely delighted with my result. I cannot recommend the course and the team at Training For Success highly enough.

Hi Frances and Team, I am taking this opportunity to tell you how enjoyable and informative I found the “Train the Trainer” course. The content was a lot more comprehensive than I first envisaged and I must say, challenging at times. However support was always at hand, with queries answered immediately and in a very professional manner. The demonstration provided a trial run for theory application to the workplace. The assignment ensured reflection on all the information the units provided and how to make it appropriate to my own training content, as a facilitator.

Overall the course was so beneficial and worthwhile. I would highly recommend this course for anyone wishing to improve and extend their knowledge as facilitators of learning.
